Hi Rania, Thank you for showing interest in our products! We do recommend that you consult with a doctor about the usage of sunscreen for infants that are under 6 months.

The product itself does not need to be rinsed off and protects the nipple until the next feeding! However, we do recommend washing the nipple area if there is any pilling residue on the skin from cotton bras or if there are clumps of cream on the skin. We do not formulate our product with lanolin which is known to induce contact eczemas. So the suggestion for washing the product is not due to it being unsafe for the child, but just a recommendation to make sure the area is clean before feeding.
